Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of FutLife (the "Game"), developed by Aura Games Studio ("we", "us"), on Android, iOS and futlife.app. By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game for non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights in the Game are transferred to you.
2. Account and saved games
You do not need an account to play. If you sign in to save your game to the cloud, you are responsible for keeping access to the account you use. We do not guarantee that a saved game can be recovered in every case: we recommend also keeping the local copy on your device.
3. Purchases and virtual content
- The Game is free and may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.
- Purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law or the store's policies provide otherwise. Refund requests are handled through the store where you made the purchase.
- The money, goods and other items that appear inside the Game are fictional. They have no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the Game.
4. Advertising
The Android and iOS versions show third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products or services they promote.
5. Fictional content
FutLife is a work of fiction. The players, clubs, people and situations that appear in the Game are invented, and any resemblance to reality is coincidental. In-game events, including those involving money, simulated gambling or the character's personal life, are part of the simulation and are not a recommendation or advice of any kind.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Game, except to the extent the law allows;
- use cheats, automation or unauthorised software that alters the Game or its services;
- interfere with the Game's servers, security measures or online services;
- resell, rent or commercially exploit the Game without our permission;
- use the Game in any way that breaks the law.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, text, graphics, sounds, the FutLife brand and all other content belong to Aura Games Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are free to share the images and posters that the Game itself lets you create.
8. Availability and changes to the Game
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. Some features may not be available on every platform or in every region.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the online services if you breach these Terms. To delete your account, follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. If you keep playing after a change, you are taken to have accepted it.
13. Store terms
If you downloaded the Game from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game or its support.
