Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use FutLife (the "Game") on Android, iOS or at futlife.app, what it is used for and what choices you have. The Game is developed by Aura Games Studio ("we", "us"), the controller of your data.
By playing FutLife you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Overview
- You can play without creating an account. Your game is saved on your device.
- If you sign in to save your game to the cloud, we process your basic account details and your saved game.
- The Android and iOS versions show ads. The web version does not show ads.
- We do not sell your personal data.
2. Information we process
Information you give us
- Account (optional). If you sign in with Google or with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, depending on what the provider shares, your name and email address. With Apple you can choose to hide your email.
- Cloud save. While you are signed in, your career progress is stored on our servers and linked to your account.
- Support messages. If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Information generated automatically
- Game data on your device. Your game, settings and language are stored locally. If you do not sign in, they never leave your device.
- Advertising data (Android and iOS). To show ads, our advertising provider may process device identifiers such as the advertising identifier, your IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), device information, ad interactions and diagnostic data.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your card details. We receive the purchase status, linked to an anonymous identifier, to unlock what you bought and to restore it.
Device permissions
- Photos. If you choose to save a career poster, the Game asks for permission to add that image to your photo library. It does not read your photos.
- Tracking (iOS). On iOS, the Game asks for your permission before the app can access the advertising identifier. You can decline and keep playing as normal.
FutLife does not access your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Game and its features, including sign-in and cloud saves.
- To show ads and measure how they perform in the Android and iOS versions.
- To unlock and restore in-app purchases.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the Game secure and prevent misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of the service you request, your consent (for example, for advertising or tracking), our legitimate interest in maintaining and protecting the Game, or compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Advertising
The Android and iOS versions of FutLife are supported by ads served by Google AdMob. The Game requests non-personalised ads: they are not selected from a profile of your interests, although the provider still uses device identifiers and data to deliver ads, cap their frequency, measure results and prevent fraud.
You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings: on Android, under Settings › Google › Ads; on iOS, under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the providers that make the Game work, which process it under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (sign-in and cloud save storage): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob (advertising): policies.google.com/privacy
- RevenueCat (purchase management): revenuecat.com/privacy
- Apple and Google (sign-in, distribution and payments).
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the Game.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process information on servers located outside your country of residence. Where that happens, the safeguards required by law apply, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep your account data and your cloud save for as long as you keep the account. If you ask us to delete them, we do so within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to keep. Data stored only on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
8. Deleting your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data, including your cloud save, by writing to AuraGamesStudio2026@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, or by telling us which sign-in method you used. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to AuraGamesStudio2026@gmail.com. We will reply within the time limits set by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
FutLife is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. If the changes are significant, we will give notice in the Game or on this site.
13. Contact
For any question about this Policy or your data, write to AuraGamesStudio2026@gmail.com.
